Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site uses a secure server certificate to encrypt your personal and credit information during your online transaction.
Who can I contact about my order?
The Salish Lodge & Spa online orders team can assist you Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific time.
Retail Orders: by email or telephone at 800-2-Salish.
Gift Certificate Orders: by email or telephone at 800-2-Salish.
How is my order shipped?
All orders (except gift certificates) ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), Monday–Friday. Delivery to most locations takes approximately 3–7 business days.
What if an item is out of stock?
All items in our online store are in stock unless otherwise indicated. In the rare event an item is out of stock after you've completed your order, a customer service representative will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
Delivery is currently available to addresses in the United States and Canada only.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Non-food items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our purchasing department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. You will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping and handling charges.
Food items may only be returned if unopened with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns on opened food items.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable state sales tax will be charged on all merchandise except packaged food items.
How is my personal information used?
Your personal and credit information is secure and will be used only for fulfilling your order. We will not provide this information to a third party.
What payment methods do you accept?
A major credit card is required to place an order online. Salish Lodge & Spa accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept payment by cash, check, or COD.
How does the shopping cart work?
Your shopping cart displays the items you've selected during your visit. Items remain in your cart for up to one week or until checkout. Click the Shopping Cart link to view, revise, or proceed to checkout.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the remove item box next to the item you wish to remove, then click "Update Cart."
How do I complete my purchase?
Click "Checkout" to be taken to the checkout screen, where you'll enter your credit card and shipping information. Then click "Checkout Now" to complete your order.
Can I purchase products offline?
Not at this time. Please order through our online shop or visit our retail location at Salish Lodge & Spa.
Will you add more products in the future?
