Directions for Bath: Pour approximately a palm full of bath salt crystals under flowing warm water in the tub. 

Directions for the Shower: Pour salts on the floor of the shower and let the water steam and salt create an aroma shower to enhance your experience.

Ingredients: Sodium Chloride (Salt crystals), Magnesium Sulfate (Espon Salt), Sea Salt (Dead Sea), Fragrance (Parfum).
