The technique of vertically roasting salmon and other indigenous Northwest fare in front of an open campfire was an integral part of the “Potlatch", the traditional yearly gathering and celebration of the Northwest’s Native American people.
In order to reproduce the rugged character and aromatic nuance of this style of cooking, Salish Lodge & Spa developed a Potlatch seasoning mix. This of which was recently reinvented by the chefs at the Salish, which is better than ever. Use in soups and sauces or on meats, fish and vegetables, whether baked, broiled, sautéed or stewed.
Perched above the majestic Snoqualmie Falls, Salish Lodge & Spa has welcomed guests into the heart of the Pacific Northwest for decades. The Shop is an extension of that spirit as a carefully curated collection of goods that carry the warmth, craft, and authenticity of this iconic place.
Every item is chosen with intention: to reflect the natural environment, honor our heritage, and bring a piece of the Lodge into your everyday life.
